Dr. Véronique Robert is an Associate Professor in Organizational Behavior at Toulouse School of Management and a member of TSM Research. She obtained her doctorate from HEC Montréal in 2021. Véronique has been awarded a Junior Professor Research Chair, studying the effects of the new ways of working on employee health and leadership practices. Her research focuses more specifically on the effects of remote work on employee well-being, newcomers’ integration, and the development of the leader-employee relationships. Her work on leadership has been published in journals such as Journal of Business and Psychology, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology and Frontiers in Psychology.
