Shavit Bar-Nahum is Head of Moody’s Global Talent Strategy and Employee Experience. In her role, she is responsible for developing innovative strategies, tools and processes for a business-driven talent strategy, an exceptional employee experience and a values rich organizational culture that garners engagement, wellbeing, and belonging.

Prior to this role, Shavit was the Global HR Talent Partner for Moody’s Corporate functions, serving as a business and thought partner in establishing and enhancing a robust talent strategy, mitigating people risk, and building a strong talent bench. In her first role at Moody’s, Shavit was the head of Learning and Leadership Development where she was responsible for developing and implementing a leadership architecture that included global leadership programs, talent acceleration programs, and the assessment and coaching strategy for Moody’s. 

In response to the pandemic, Shavit and her team launched Moody’s Moments that Matter that has helped thousands of our employees with practical advice and perspective.  Shavit has deep expertise in executive coaching, talent assessment and development, strategic consultation and organizational design.
