Jennifer Schoenig is the Head of Workplace and Corporate Real Estate Strategy at Guardian Life. In this role, she leads the effort on where and how we work through managing and developing the company’s workplace strategy, including the hybrid mobility program, real estate strategy and portfolio, and design and functionality of workspaces. She played a significant role in the pandemic response and Guardian’s return to the office.
Jen proudly served as the Women’s Leadership Network (ERG) co-lead during 2020 and 2021 and is a member of the JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) council. Prior to joining Guardian in 2014, she was the VP, Global Sourcing Services at Dow Jones. During her time there, she oversaw sourcing, contracting, and vendor management with a focus on technology and outsourcing. Early in her career, she worked at PwC, AT&T, and PSE&G.
Jennifer is a lifelong NJ resident and graduated with a B.S. from the Rutgers College of Engineering and an M.B.A. from the Rutgers Business School.
