James Chae is a Vice President of Client Management for PGIM Fixed Income. James is responsible for providing client service to PGIM Fixed Income’s institutional clients. Prior to joining the Firm in 2020, James spent 12 years at Goldman Sachs & Co. in a variety of roles in both the Securities and Consumer Investment Management Divisions. Most recently, he was a senior client relationship manager for Goldman Sachs Asset Management, LP(GSAM), servicing institutional clients and financial intermediaries invested in GSAM’s equities, fixed income, multi-asset, and alternatives portfolios. Prior to GSAM, James was at Bank of America Securities as an analyst on the fixed-income derivatives trading desk. James received a Bachelors in Economics from Rutgers University.
