Francisco Martinez-Garcia is an experienced Human Resource Leader who has over 20 years of experience in leading HR organizations, transforming total rewards programs, and implementing HR technologies. He has a successful history in complex global organizations in regulated environments, financial services, consumer products, and manufacturing. He is currently the Chief Inclusion Officer at Moody's Corporation. In this role, Francisco and his team focus on a data-driven approach to the formulation and implementation of Moody’s inclusion strategy. Before this, he had various leadership roles at Moody's and Colgate-Palmolive.
Francisco's career shows his global experience and exposure to diverse cultures and markets, as he has lived and worked in different countries, including Switzerland, Mexico, Guatemala, and China. He has a bachelor's degree in Economics from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León in Monterrey, Mexico, a Master of Science in Economics from Arizona State University, and a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. Francisco is also passionate about diversity and inclusion, and he shows this through his board positions at Rutgers' Center for Women in Business and the Hetrick-Martin Institute, demonstrating his commitment to advancing women in the corporate world and Supporting the LGBTQ+ community.
