Anjali Menon is an Associate Partner in our Life Sciences practice and co-leader of our Life Sciences Health Equity service line, which aims to empower organizations to become change agents to advance purpose-driven Pharma and address inequities in health outcomes globally. She is passionate about positively impacting patient lives in partnership with Life Sciences and public/social sector organizations. She is dedicated to women’s development at the firm and representation across industry more broadly. She leads McKinsey’s partnership with Equitable Breakthroughs in Medicine Development, striving for increased clinical trial diversity, and prior to McKinsey she conducted research across community health and girl’s education.
