Nicole Tucker is the Sr. Customer Strategist at iCIMS with over 14 years of experience in the recruitment industry. iCIMS is the talent cloud company that empowers organizations to attract, engage, hire, and advance the right talent that builds a diverse, winning workforce. Currently, she partners with the Customer Experience (CX) Programs and Insights organization to offer iCIMS clients industry benchmarks and findings through the Insights+ program. Additionally, she is responsible for managing strategic programs and projects with the CX organization. Previously, she was the manager of the Talent Acquisition team at iCIMS, responsible for leading the team of recruiters and sourcers.
