Laura DuPoux is Head of Portfolio Management & Risk Assurance for Global Procurement Services at Sanofi, where she leads strategic portfolio governance, transformation, and global risk management processes and initiatives that drive enterprise value and operational excellence. Leveraging a diverse background across finance, accounting, commercial operations, sales, and marketing, she brings a broad business perspective and proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional change.
A passionate advocate for inclusive leadership, Laura previously led Sanofi’s WISE (Women Inspiring Sanofi Excellence) EBRG and currently co-leads the Parents Connect Affinity Group. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Monmouth University and an MBA in Strategy & Leadership from Rutgers Business School. A former NCAA Division I field hockey student-athlete, Laura is recognized for her strategic mindset, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to developing high-performing teams.
