Dr. Krystal Duarte is a social psychologist and postdoctoral researcher at Rutgers Business School's Center for Women in Business. Her research examines how women navigate cooperation, competition, close relationships, and career advancement across personal and professional contexts, with a particular focus on the hidden social and organizational costs that shape women's career trajectories.
