Head of Business Management and Chief of Staff, PGIM Fixed Income
Christine Guzman is the Head of Business Management and Chief of Staff to the CEO and President of PGIM Fixed Income. In this role, she is responsible for the business management function and the early talent program of PGIM Fixed Income. Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Christine spent 13 years at BlackRock where she held various roles that focused on business management, marketing, and separately managed accounts. She received her B.S. in International Business from The College of New Jersey and her Executive MPA from Columbia University. Christine is Co-head of PGIM Fixed Income’s Culture Council and serves as an advisor to the PGIM Fixed Income Latinx affinity group.
