Caitlin Freeland serves as the Vice President of Inclusion & Culture at Bristol Myers Squibb, bringing over two decades of experience driving transformative people strategies, large-scale integrations, and organizational change that have strengthened the company’s culture and advanced business performance. Caitlin has successfully led multiple multi-billion-dollar acquisitions, global restructurings, and enterprise-wide change initiatives. She is deeply committed to fostering inclusive, high-performing teams and developing the next generation of leaders.

Prior to her current role, Caitlin held a series of senior HR leadership positions at BMS, including Vice President of HR for the Intercontinental Region and Vice President of HR for Mergers, Acquisitions, & Change. In these roles, she led global reorganizations, complex acquisitions & divestitures, and enterprise-wide change management programs, as well as served as Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer. Her early career included recruiting and compensation roles at General Electric, where she supported large operational teams and launched talent development initiatives.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys life with her husband, their daughter, and a lively household that includes two dogs and three cats. She also honors the memory of her mother, who passed away from cancer, and carries her legacy as part of why she is passionate about the work she does at BMS.
