Bhagyashree Barhate is a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Human Capital Development in the College of Business and Economic Development at the University of Southern Mississippi. She has a Ph.D. in Educational Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University, College Station, and a Master’s in Human Resource Development from Rochester Institute of Technology, NY. She received her Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Nagpur, India.
Her research explores career development and leadership development, especially pertaining to women and Generation Z. She has published her research in Human Resource Development journals. She also has numerous conference presentations in Asia, Europe, and the United States.
