Adriana Bury is Head of Talent Management and works directly with Business Leaders in the US and Canada as well as HR to develop and lead the Talent Management strategies. Previously Adriana was the Global Talent and OD Head for Corporate Functions based in Paris, France, where she led Talent development initiatives and operationalized the people strategy working closely with the HR Stakeholder and business leaders in External Affairs, Strategy, and Business Development, Human Resources, Finance, IT, Legal, Audit, and BT.
Adriana also spent eight years in various HRBP roles at Sanofi, including Genzyme, ITS, Distribution & Supply Chain, Global Quality, Customer Service, Puerto Rico Commercial Sales, and NA Finance. Prior to joining Sanofi in 2009, Adriana held HR leadership roles at Roche and the Aerospace industry. Adriana brings a wealth of experience and background, including a master’s degree in management and organizational Development, Certified Executive Coach, SHRM certification, and several certifications in HR Strategic Management.
In her spare time, her passion is mentoring and coaching people from diverse backgrounds to attain the best outcomes in their career and personal growth. Coming to the USA as an immigrant from Mexico and raising a family while staying focused on her own career has been an exciting and rewarding journey of which she is immensely proud.
