A former Division I field hockey player, Laura holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Monmouth University and an MBA in Strategy & Leadership from Rutgers Business School. She champions inclusive workplace cultures, having led the WISE (Women Inspiring Sanofi Excellence) ERG and currently co-leading the Parents Connect Affinity Group.
