Dr. Krystal Duarte is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Center for Women in Business at Rutgers University where she contributes to research advancing gender equity in the workplace. She has a background in Experimental Psychology, where her work examined how gender, competition, and social perception shape women’s experiences particularly how they navigate ambition, the double bind, and friendship dynamics in both personal and professional spaces. She brings over five years of experience in experimental design, survey development, and data analysis to support CWIB’s mission of building more inclusive and equitable workplaces.
