Jennie spearheaded Coqual’s Navigator framework and launched the Global Lab to drive cross-sector innovation in the future of work. With over 25 years of experience, she has led transformations across Fortune 500s and nonprofits, and is a certified expert in team effectiveness and Agile leadership.
Previously, Jennie held senior roles at Citi and Morgan Stanley, where she led initiatives in engagement, diversity, and agile transformation. She is also the founder of Teamkind and a passionate advocate for neurodiversity, serving as board co-chair of EPIC Players.
